i was disappointed that it was all in spanish. i had to read every word they said, and where we rented it from, they didn't put a sticker on it saying foreign film. but other than that i enjoyed it it.

I wouldn't exactly put it in the same category as Harry Potter. It is more dark and serious. I was a little disappointed with the movie, but on average it was a good movie to watch.

I agree that this was one of the best films in years... and it's really nothing at all like Harry Potter.

One of my favourite aspects of the film was that the fantasy element was so ambiguous--you never really know if it's real, or if the little girl is creating it as an escape from the horrible situation around her.

In the end though, even though it's dark and sad, you're left with hope and a sense that the fantasy was real...

I dunno, it was just a really great movie. :)
