Dammit. They're soooooo cute...and look so pretty with my new dress. I'm getting picked up for lunch in 10 minutes and have to change shoes. I can't take it any longer.

Are they leather? Have you tried warming them with a blow dryer, then molding the heel and sides with your thumbs? That'll help to take the newness out of them.
