Using Frontpage you want, HTML CODE View and enter it there. Notpade just put it in. Dreamwaver same as frontpage.

its quite difficult for begginers to use HTML language
i recommand you to use more WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) type of programs
its sure to be easier for you
these type of programs are like Dreamweaver,FrontPage, and others
