Hello,

Happiness is that funny, tingle of warmth that ends with
you crying or screaming with joy and elation. It makes
you happy. Some people think that one needs to have
another person in their live to be happy. I disagree. I
think that there are several different people that you
can help and be happy doing it.

Check out the schools and churches in your neighboorhood
and lend a hand,do this whether you have a child or not
in your community. Help others in the hospitals,ask how
you go about being a big brother or sister. Cook for the
the homeless. Drive through a poor community and see
how blessed you are.

Those are some of the things you can do to bring light
into another persons life, and you don't have to be asked
to do it. It's a opportunity that presents it's self. All you
need to do is lend a hand. Do for others and you will feel
joy. Find importance and peace and you will find happiness.
