Ingredients:
3 small cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 pinch dill weed
2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar

Preparation:
1. Combine the sour cream, dill weed, vinegar, parsley and sugar.
2. Gently add the cucumber and onion slices.
3. Cover and chill before serving.
