Ingredients:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons canned garbanzo beans
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon chat masala (Indian spice mix)
fresh chives, to garnish

Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, garbanzo beans, chili powder and chat masala.
2. Garnish with chopped chives.
3. If you would some crunch, also sprinkle some crushed roasted papadums (Indian wafers) on top.
