    Kiwi Lemonade recipe - 182 calories
    Ingredients:
    6 kiwi fruit
    3/4 cup lemon juice
    1 cup sugar
    1 liter carbonated water, chilled

    Preparation:
    1. Peel the kiwi; puree the peeled fruit in a blender.
    2. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh wire strainer placed over a bowl and discard the seeds (some may remain).
    3. In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice and sugar; stir until the sugar is dissolved.
    4. Stir in the strained kiwi. Cover and chill.
    5. Just before serving, add slowly the chilled carbonated water just before serving. Stir.

    Spring Cleanse Vegetable Juice recipe

    Ingredients:
    4 carrots, greens discarded
    1/2 cucumber
    2 stalks celery
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 cup parsley

    Preparation:
    1. Wash all the ingredients and put in a juicer or food processor.

    Ingredients:
    1/4 cup instant coffee
    1 liter milk, cold
    1/4 cup sugar or low calorie sweetener

    Preparation:
    1. Dissolve the instant coffee and sugar into hot water.
    2. Stir in 1 liter of cold milk and and add ice.
    3. Top with whipped cream (optional).

    Ingredients:
    4 cups orange juice, divided
    4 tablespoons grenadine, divided
    4 maraschino cherries
    4 orange slices
    crushed ice

    Preparation:
    1. Add ice to four glasses.
    2. Pour 1 tablespoon grenadine over ice in each glass. Slowly add 1 cup orange juice to produce a sunset effect.
    3. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry. Stir if desired before drinking.

    1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
    1/4 cup blueberries
    1 (6ounce) container blueberry yogurt
    3/4 cup orange juice
    1 cup ice cubes
