Ingredients:
3 cups cabbage, finely shredded
3/4 cup sliced radishes
2 cups romaine lettuce, finely shredded
1/8 cup green onions, sliced
1/4 cup toasted broken pecans (optional)
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
1/4 cup light mayonnaise or whipped salad dressing
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey

Preparation:
1. For the dressing: In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard and honey; cover and chill.
2. For the salad: In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, radishes, romaine lettuce and green onions.
3. To serve, add the dressing to the cabbage mixture; toss lightly to coat, sprinkle with pecans if desired.
