Apple Sandwich
Ingredients
• 9 Bread slices
Make carrot spread from
• 3/4 Cup grated carrot
• 2 tbsp Cheese
• Salt & pepper to taste
Make apple spread from
• 1 Grated apple
• 1 tbsp cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Apple Sandwich
• Cover one bread slice with the apple spread.
• Place another slice of bread over it.
• Cover with carrot spread and sandwich with third slice.
• Repeat the procedure twice.
• Cut into 4 triangles.
• Apple Sandwich is ready.

Egg Chow Mein
Ingredients
• 4 Strips egg noodles
• 6 Spring onions
• 3 Eggs
• 1 Garlic clove
• 200 gm Baby corn
• 1 Cup beans
• 2 tbsp Oil
• 1 tbsp Soy sauce
• 1tbsp Vinegar
• Salt to taste
How to make Egg Chow Mein
• Keep the noodles in hot water for 5-7 minutes and drain it.
• Now cook it in salted water.
• Leave it for drying.
• Beat the eggs and cook it till it gets scrambled.
• Heat the oil and fry onions, beans and cooked onions.
• Add noodles to it.
• Stir fry it for 2 minutes.
• Now add soy sauce, salt and vinegar and stir fry for it 5 minutes.
• Egg Chow Mein is ready.

Finger Chips
Ingredients
• 5 Potatoes
• Oil for frying
• Rocksalt to taste
How to make Finger Chips
• Cut potato into long strips.
• Add rocksalt as required.
• Fry potato strips in heated oil till it turns pink.
• Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Fast Food Biscuits
Ingredients
• 1/3 Cup buttermilk
• 2 Cups baking mix
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 1/4 Cup lemon flavored carbonated beverage
How to make Fast Food Biscuits
• Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and grease it with a baking sheet.
• Mix buttermilk and soda into a bowl and stir in baking mixing until dough pulls together, later knead the dough until smooth.
• Then flatten the dough and cut it into 6 rounds and put the biscuits on pan and smear with melted butter.
• Now bake in the oven until it turns golden brown. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before you serve.

Cheese Toast
Ingredients
• 1 Teacup grated cheese
• 1/2 Onion
• 2-3 tsp Chilli sauce
• 3 tsp Butter
• 6 Bread slices
• Salt as per taste
How to make Cheese Toast
• Beat the cheese and butter properly.
• Add chilli sauce, onion and salt to taste.
• Put the bread slices on a greased baking tin.
• Bake them in an oven at 400 deg F for about 5 minutes.
• Allow them to cool and place a little amount of filling over each toast.
• Bake the toast in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
• Cut it into small pieces.
• Cheese toast is ready.

Bacon Pie
Ingredients
• 12 Bacon slices
• 4 Eggs
• 1 Cup shredded cheese
• 1 Cup baking mix
• 2 Cups milk
• 1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
• 1/3 Cup chopped onion
How to make Bacon Pie
• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
• Grease the pie plate.
• Keep bacon slices in a deep skillet.
• Cook them on a medium heat until evenly brown.
• Drain and crumble. Leave aside.
• Sprinkle cheese, bacon and onion in a pie plate.
• Stir milk, eggs, baking mix and pepper in a medium bowl with a fork.
• Pour this blend into pie plate.
• Bake it for about 40 minutes.
• Bacon pie is ready.

Bhel Puri
Ingredients
• 50g Chopped onions
• 100g Rice flakes
• 50g Tamarind
• 50g Jaggery
• 50g Sev
• 1 Bunch mint leaves
• 1/2 tsp Chat masala
• 1 Bunch coriander leaves
• 3 Green chilies
• Salt to taste
How to make Bhel Puri
• Boil the jaggery and tamarind in a cup of water for few minutes.
• Remove the tamarind pulp and leave the water aside.
• Mix the green chilies and mint leaves. Grind to smooth paste.
• Put the rice flakes in a bowl and add mint leaves paste.
• Add chopped onions, tamarind water, chat masala, sev, green chilies and salt. Mix well.
• Garnish with coriander leaves.
• Bhel Puri is ready to serve.

Mushroom Patties
Ingredients
• 100g Mushrooms
• 25g Peas
• 60g Potatoes
• 10g Oil
• 20g Onions
• Chili powder
• Garam masala
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
• Salt
How to make Mushroom Patties
• Boil mushrooms, potatoes and peas.
• Peel off and mash the potatoes.
• Saute chopped ginger and onions in oil.
• Mix up mashed mushrooms, garam masala, lemon juice, peas, salt and chili powder.
• Transfer the mashed potatoes into cups. Stuff it with above mixture.
• Join the edges together and make them flat. Fry till it turns brown.
• Mushroom Patties are ready to serve.
