Floor exercises are the easiest way to stay fit and the best technique of loosing weight, but one should be careful while doing them as you can injure yourself with a single wrong movement. Here are some floor exercises, which you can perform on a simple floor at your home.

Easy Floor Exercises for Losing Weight

* Lie on the floor with your face facing the floor. Stretch your arms and bend your knees to the abdomen. Now stretch the legs backward slowly while pushing the arms forward. Keep stretching your abdomen until it begins to hurt. Remain in this position for 20 seconds, relax and repeat it. Be careful to not stretch too much.

* Lie on the floor on your stomach and put your entire weight on the toes and elbows. Bring the legs, abdomen and hips into same level with the support of your toes and elbows. Remain in this position for few seconds and lower yourself.

* Lie on the floor on your back with your shoulders perfectly stretched touching the floor. Raise your hips bending your knees, so that they come into the same level. Raise your body high and remain in the position for sometime.

* Lie straight on your back and put your left ankle resting on the right knee, while your left arm should be resting flat on the floor. Bend your right arm in such a manner that it touches your left knee. Remain in this position for a while, bring back your right arm and repeat it on the reverse side.
