    1. Drink plenty of water.

    2. Start your day with a glass of water.

    3. Increase your fiber intake.

    4. Go crazy on vegetables.

    5. Eat intelligently.

    6. Watch what you eat.

    7. Go easy on tea and coffee.

    8. Try to stick to black tea/coffee.

    9. Count the calories as you eat.

    10. Stay away from fried things.

    You can also try these natural home remedies for weight lose.
    1. Eating raw Tomatoes and Onion with a pinch of Salt everyday helps to remove extra fat and reduce Obesity.
