Hello,

I've got a forum setup which has 17 registered users. One of the users can reply to PM's but he can't reply to any thread in the forum nor can he crate a new topic.

I've checked in the admin menu and his account is set up just like the rest of the registered users. Any help with getting this resolved would be greatly appreciated.
