some of my friends went to russia to study medicine...... because the costs are lower there.

they say that besides the cold weather and the need to speak russian, the course of study is still very good.

in addition, russia has great facilities for aeronautical engineering, science and maths........... it's a great place to study, but not to work in, as their country is not doing well.
