Actor Rajinikanth, who has been working for 'Endhiran', has been catching up with Tamil movies recently. It was only a few days ago that he saw 'Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu', and lauded its director Susindran, for giving his film that perfect climax. He also said to have congratulated him for making such a ‘complete entertaining film.’

Following this, the Superstar also saw Arya’s 'Naan Kadavul', and was so overwhelmed by the film that he invited Arya and Bala to his residence to discuss the film at length.

As an actor with spiritual musings, Rajini pays the Himalayas a visit every year, besides spending time there during the release of every film of his. “A film like this has not been made in Tamil cinema before. I appreciate all those who were part of the effort. I bow to Bala’s talent and effort to make a natural film on the life of the aghori babas and beggars, who are in the fringe of the society,” he has told the director. “And Arya’s body language and reaction are so strikingly similar to that of the real aghoris I have met in the Himalayas. This film has made me look up to Tamil cinema. There’s going to be no film like this in Tamil films again,” Rajini is said to have added.
