London, May 21: Pop legend Michael Jackson has postponed his live comeback shows.
Some of the dates have been pushed until next year. The "Thriller" hitmaker had to begin his live shows on July 8 and wind them up on Feb 24, 2010, reported mirror.co.uk.
The opening show of July 8 will now take place on July 13. Afterwards, the show on July 10 moves to March 1 next year, with the July 12 and July 14 shows moving to March 3 and March 6, 2010, respectively.
"Due to the sheer magnitude of the concerts at The O2 arena promoters and producers AEG Live and Kenny Ortega, Michael's directorial partner and creative collaborator have elected to move back a few of the opening shows in order to meet the challenges presented by such a massive and technically complex show," said Jackson's spokesperson.
