Egg Fry

Ingredients :
Eggs 2 nos
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method :
1. Boil eggs until done, cut in to 2 pieces.
2. Pour oil into a pan and add turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder along with salt on a low flame.
3. Fry for half a minute and add the boiled eggs to this and fry for another minute. Then ready to serve in a plate.
