php at 5 or more posts!?

If i make 5 or more posts in this forrum i can request php for my website?!?? But then where can i aply for this, because all the aply forms are for space / bandwidth. For a php request i don't know where to go.
help me out, i would like it a lot!!

ok very good, i can give my own answer... I didn't look good enough. I should get 10 posts or more and then file a request. With writting this bull sh*t i am getting there fast :lol:
