    Default Baked Cauliflower Recipes

    Recipe 1

    Ingredients

    * 2 large heads Cauliflower
    * 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
    * 2 cans Milk
    * 4 slices American Cheese
    * Salt and Pepper, to taste

    Instructions

    * First of all, you have to get two large heads of cauliflower. You can either use them as a whole or separate them into pieces.
    * Now, fill a pan with water and add 1/4 tsp salt. Put the cauliflower heads in the salted water and boil until tender-crisp.
    * Remove the pan from flame and drain the water. Next, put the cauliflower heads in a casserole dish and top them with cheese slices. Set aside.
    * Take a bowl and put the cream of mushroom soup in it. Add milk, followed by salt and pepper (to taste). Mix well.
    * Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the cauliflower and then place the casserole dish in the oven.
    * Bake the cauliflower 350 degrees F, for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
    * Your baked cauliflower is ready to be relished. Make sure to serve it hot.

    Recipe 2

    Ingredients

    * 1 large head Cauliflower
    * 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    * 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
    * ½ cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
    * ¼ cup Margarine, melted
    * 1/8 tsp Salt
    * 1 pinch Dried Oregano
    * 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes

    Instructions

    * First of all, remove the outer leaves and stalk of the cauliflower and wash the head well with water.
    * Place the cauliflower head into a steamer basket and then put the basket in a large pot.
    * Add one inch of water to the pot and place over medium heat. Cover it with a lid and bring it to a boil.
    * Reduce the heat and let the cauliflower cook for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it becomes tender.
    * Now, remove the pot from heat and drain the water. Keep the cauliflower aside form sometime.
    * Take a bowl and put all the bread crumbs in it, along with the Parmesan cheese and melted margarine. Mix the ingredients well.
    * Flavor the mixture with garlic powder, salt, red pepper flakes, and oregano. Mix the ingredients well.
    * Now is the time to place the cauliflower onto a baking dish. Thereafter, coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
    * Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the cauliflower at 375 degrees F, for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until it turns golden-brown.
    * Your baked cauliflower is ready to be relished. Make sure to serve it hot.
