connecting to site with macromedia conrtibute

Hi,
I am having trouble connecting to my site via macromedia contribute.
I have to enter the name of the root directory of which the files are hosted (the adreess ftp.sitename isnt ernough).
Any body knows what is the site default folder name?

defalut folder name is you websitename + bizhat.com.
eq: GANTOPAZ.BIZHAT.COM is your root dir.

I keep getting the message
" Changing Directory To : GANTOPAZ.BIZHAT.COM
Error
The directory you specified does not exist.
Please make sure you entered the directory name correctly.
On some servers, file/directory names are case sensitive"

PM to Nokia I don't remeber full path to your dir.
this dir is case sensitive.

Didnt quite understand what you wrote....

I think because you use CAPS

try make it gantopaz.bizhat.com instead of GANTOPAZ.BIZHAT.COM

Linux servers are CaSe SEnSiTiVe.

/home/vhosts/gantopaz.bizhat.com/ (or without ending slash)

Still nothing..
The strange thing is that i can connect through total commander with the same configuration (usename password etc).
Could it be that the server doesnt eccept conections via macromedia contribute?
I need to connect with it in order to edit my pages on line.
