Maybe this is a stupid question, but i am stuck....

I have created a forum, and when i was testing it out and trying to register a new user, everthing is fine, however the Terms Of Service at the bottom of the registry page is in a strange format/language....

How do i change this?

Everything else on the site is in English apart from this. At the moment my terms of service is this:

"Quy ðinh từ diễn ðÃ*n:xin các bạn tuân thủ theo quy ðịnh của chúng tôi."

How do i change this, Please help
