if you want to do some easy stuff without learning much.
you can look into software like Dreamweaver etc.
but i wouldn't go that way since you don't learn anything and at the same time you have to pay a lot for the stupid software.
i used it before, wasn't that great. but it's a start for beginner without load of money. haha....
