The early reports indicate that Mammootty’s Chattambinadu has taken a better opening at the Kerala box-office than Mohanlal’s Ividam Swargamanu during the Christmas weekend!
Both the films carry average reports but the mass masala laden Chattambinadu has taken a better opening at the KBO than the family filmIvidam Swargamanu.
The Mohanlal film is far superior story wise than the Mammooty film, and is expected to pick up among the family audiences in this holiday season.
The theatre people say that Ividam Swargamanu, lacks regular commercial elements which Mohanlal fans love like larger than life hero and heroism, punchline dialogues and above all songs.
But what is holding together the 2 hour 43 minutes film is the last 20 minutes climax, which is fantastic.
