Married in 2008, Gopika bid farewell to her film career and married Dr.Ajilesh who practices his medicine in Ireland. The couple was blessed with a baby girl at a hospital in Ireland.
Hearing the good news, sources say Gopika’s parents will be joining her soon at Ireland. Reports add that both the mother and child are healthy. On a query about Gopika’s family’s visit to India, sources say that she and her husband might visit India in August.
Gopika was once a star in demand with more than a dozen movies in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu. She was known for her simple, homely and bubbly characters.
