Hot Oil Treatment
Oil is one of the best treatments for your hair that gives life and volume to hair. All you need to do is take some oil in a small bag and place it in a mug. Heat the oil by adding hot water to the mug. Once the oil is hot, apply it all over your head using cotton pad or paint brush to provide good nourishment.

Mayonnaise & Yogurt
Mayonnaise and yogurt make a good hair conditioner. Both are acidic in nature and hence, help in removing the residue from hair. Food pulps like cantaloupe, mango, avocado, banana and squash can also be added to mayonnaise and yogurt, to get the benefits from the nutritious oils they contain. You can even add a spoonful of vegetable oil to either yogurt or mayonnaise base to achieve a great conditioner mix.

Green Tea Conditioner

Green tea works as a good conditioner for your locks, giving them a soft and smooth effect. For this, you need to add 2 teabags of green tea to 2 cups of boiling water and allow it to cool down. Once the tea has been cooled, remove the tea bags. Pour the tea through your hair and let it set for 3 minutes, before you rinse it off with cool water. You will have a faint green tea scent with a soft look.

Honey Conditioner
Honey works wonders for your hair when used in the form of a conditioner. Mix honey with equal amount of water and apply the mixture to your hair. Once applied, leave it for some time, before rinsing it with warm water. Make sure that you rinse twice or thrice to get the entire honey out of your hair. Beer Conditioner
Did you know that beer is an extremely good conditioner? Surprised! Beer actually brings immense glow to your hair, much like the other expensive commercial conditioners. All you need to do is pour a can of beer over your head and let it sit for about 3 minutes. Rinse it out after a few minutes. The proteins and sugars in beer will strengthen the keratin in your hair, thereby providing a good shine to it.

Minty Conditioner

A handful of fresh mint in two cups of boiling water proves to be very effective for hair and gives a result better than your favorite conditioner. Rinse your hair with the refreshing mint water after it cools down to lock in all the nutrients of your hair.

Honey & Banana Conditioner
Half a cup of honey mixed with a mashed banana will do wonders for your hair. Apply the honey and banana mixture to damp hair and allow it to sit for half an hour. Once set, rinse it out thoroughly to see the quality effect.

Egg Yolk Conditioner
A combination of 1 tsp of baby oil, 1 egg yolk and 1 cup of water also makes a good hair conditioner. Beat the egg yolk thoroughly and add oil to it. Beat the mixture again. Now, add water to the egg and oil mixture and apply it to the scalp and your entire hair. Leave it to set for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse it off properly thereafter.
