What are you trying to do with IIS? If you are trying to host an application on your LAN using IIS, I might be able to help, but I need more info as to what you are trying to do.

Also, Apache web server is a very easy (and open source) web server to use. I got frustrated with IIS and all its complexity and switched to Apache to run a web based database app, and it is much better.

are you behind a poxy? or a firewall maybe, Abyss is the most easy webserver out there, altho there new version kinda sux to be honest and I prefer the older one.

To set up abyss just install it and put your website in "its install path here/htdocs/website here making sure (of course u probably know this)index.htm is your main pagel" if your main page is php then ull need to add php support to your webserver, its easily done and there Is a guide on how to included with there software

Apache is another good piece of software but I wouldnt recommend somebody who has no experience of webserver to try and use that to host with as it took me 30 minutes just to get a basic site set up and the max download speed people could get was 10 kbps where as with abyss they got 35

    Good luck

Default I have done all these things aleardy.

Yes I am Behind a Firewall. Using WindowsXP. I had Also Installed IIS. But it does not work properlly. Because I need Help to edit the Scrips which use to maintain your domain and host server. I don't know how to edit these Scripts in IIS. And What URL I can use to Open it on other computers over the internet. I am not using LAN. But Apache is Very expensive. and I do not have Money to Purchase it.
I have done all these things aleardy with Abyss Web Server.
I already had put my website in "its install path here/htdocs/
But it does not open on other computers Over The Internet. and What is the URL for Abyss Web Server for Internet not a Local URL. e.g http://127.0.0.8080 because it's Local URL for Every Web Server. but I can not use it over the internet.
I want to Link a large amount of MP3s and some other programs to my Website on BizHat By using Web server. Please send me a Good Registered Web Server if you have one attachment with mail or a URL if you have over the Internet. if someone Has apache Then Send it to [email protected]
    or
