log in to your bizhat ftp, located here: http://free.bizhat.com/cp/
Click File Manager, drag the file you want to upload into your webbrowser and the file should be located at http://yourname.bizhat.com/yourfile.html

Use ftp software it may make easy uploading. I suggest FileZilla

Use Cute FTP, it may make easy uploading. or if you are using MS FrontPage then no need to upload by another program B'coz MS FrontPage can upload files through its own ftp Facility. only use e.g.ftp://yoursitename.bizhat.com

cute ftp:
ftp sever: yoursitename.bizhat.com
ftp username: yoursitename.bitzhat.com
ftp password: password of your account
and connect it.
