    Default Fat Burning Foods

    Soup
A soup energizes you and makes you feel full before a meal. Soup is an exception to the common perception that liquid foods are less filling than solid foods. Treating a cold or fever with soup is an honored ancient medicine. People follow the same method still today. A soup gives you energy without increasing your fat and calories. Soups help restore the necessary water balance that in turn helps keep your blood pressure normal.

    Chicken And Turkey
Chicken and turkey are rich in protein and low in fat. Your body needs more energy to digest proteins. If you take more protein rich foods, your body will be burning more calories to digest it properly.

The chemical capsaicin contained in hot peppers helps you speed up your metabolism. Both Cayenne and Jalapeño peppers have capsaicin in them. This ingredient in hot peppers stimulates your body and releases the stress hormones, which in turn, increases your metabolism and burn calories.

Beans are rich source of cholesterol-lowering fibers. There is a kind of beans named pinto beans, which prevent blood sugar levels from rising too quickly after a meal. This characteristic makes pinto beans an obvious choice of men suffering from diabetes.

A bowl of oatmeal or grain cereal really boosts metabolism of your body. They are one of the best sources of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fats and oils, and protein. Carbohydrates and fibers keep the insulin levels of the body very low. It has been found that those who have more oats are less likely to develop heart disease, which is the prime reason for so many deaths worldwide.

Burning calories by eating ….. peppers!

Traditionally we have used the pepper to stimulate the appetite, but ironically it seems that in fact the peppers have the power to lose weight.

    1. Check the snack: some researchers believe that eating hot peppers in a meal stimulates a point as the taste buds, he follows a saturation effect felt for a long time and takes away all desire to snack between meals.

    2. Reduce consumption of foods, research conducted in the Netherlands showed that pepper stimulated satiety. In one study, people who ingest it did, 30 minutes before a meal of chili pepper powder or in capsules of 900 mg is mixed in tomato juice; these people consumed between 10 and 16 % less food compared to a control group who received placebo.

    3. Thermogenic calorie food negative: peppers consume more energy than they provide to the agency. The sensation of heat produced by the pepper consumes much energy. The metabolism is stimulated and the more you eat peppers, the more you reduce your calories and you lose weight.

    Eggs

Eggs are super high in protein and can help you burn that unwanted belly fat. You may have heard all the warnings about eggs and your health. That's because a couple of eggs will put you over the recommended daily amount of cholesterol.

Well, more recent studies have shown that dietary cholesterol has a minimal impact on blood cholesterol. Dietary fat is the real culprit. It's what raises your bad cholesterol levels.

However, if you're still worried about your overall cholesterol intake from eating too many eggs, you can remove the yolk and still benefit from the high protein contained in eggs. One of my favorite breakfasts is an egg-white sandwich. Mmmmmm!

Eggs contain the vitamin B12 -- a great supplement for breaking down fat cells.

    Chocolate lower women's heart risk
The study from Harvard Medical School states that women who ate an average of one to two servings of high-quality chocolate per week had a 32 percent lower risk of developing heart failure.
Now you might think if one to two servings weekly help 32% of the women consuming this dark luscious candy, maybe one should eat chocolate daily however, senior author Dr Murray A Mittleman said, "Chocolate still comes with a fair amount of calories from sugar and fat, which can be problematic," he further stated, "We controlled for total calorie intake, so that means for women who were eating larger amounts of chocolate, it was displacing other foods that might be beneficial, such as fruits and vegetables.”
It is important to note that in Sweden, milk chocolate has a higher cocoa concentration than dark chocolate sold in the United States. Although 90 percent of all chocolate eaten in Sweden during the study period from 1998 to 2006 was milk chocolate, it contained about 30 percent cocoa. U.S. standards require only 15 percent cocoa to qualify as dark chocolate. This means American chocolate may have fewer heart benefits and more calories and fat for equivalent servings.
Observational studies have shown chocolate is associated with reduced blood pressure, lower incidence of stroke and myocardial infarction (MI), lower incidence of deaths from coronary heart disease, and lower cardiac mortality in patients surviving their first MI, according to background information in the report.
High concentration of compounds called "flavonoids" in chocolate may lower blood pressure, among other benefits, according to mostly short-term studies. However, this is the first study to show long-term outcomes related specifically to heart failure, which can result from ongoing untreated high blood pressure.
"However, despite clinical trials showing the effect of chocolate on blood pressure and the strong relationship between blood pressure and heart failure, no prior studies have examined the association between chocolate intake and heart failure," the authors noted.
"Those tempted to use these data as their rationale for eating large amounts of chocolate or engaging in more frequent chocolate consumption are not interpreting this study appropriately," said Linda Van Horn, Ph.D., R.D., immediate past chair of the American Heart Association Nutrition Committee and professor in the Department of Preventive Medicine at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. "This is not an 'eat all you want' take-home message, rather it's that eating a little dark chocolate can be healthful, as long as other adverse behaviors do not occur, such as weight gain or excessive intake of non-nutrient dense 'empty' calories."
