CHENNAI: Malayalam actress Remya Nambeesan is all excited about her new Tamil film, ‘Ilaignan’, with Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Mu Karunanidhi.

‘Ilaignan’ not only provided Remya Nambeesan with the opportunity to work with director Suresh Krissna, it also gave her a better understanding of the Tamil language.

When asked whether it was not difficult for the actress to mouth dialogues written by Karunanidhi, who is well known for his proficiency with Tamil language, Remya Nambeesan says that she did face difficulties initially, but the supporting cast and crew of ‘Ilaignan’ helped her to overcome her fear of Karunanidhi’s Tamil script.
