Well...when you install it, it would show you in help menu (or toolbar) you can get there the "HOW TO", as I heard about this version, it's from http://xxmi.com why don't you go back there and check it out, or you can go to http://www.phpnuke.org/modules.php?name=PHP-Nuke_HOWTO but I am not sure it's same thing as that program because I cann't read that language...by the way, before you do any further action, did you request to upgrade and enabling php on your site yet? if not, please do so !!!
    Good luck

You downloaded great software there, only it can be pretty difficult to install them and get them working correctly.
Apache, PHP and MySQL would suffice to start developping your site in PHP with Databases, but all three of them are somewhat hard to install. You should look for a Tutorial. There's a bunch of them out there.

Also, you might want to consider the option of not installing them. You may develop your site offline, on your own PC, upload the files to bizhat and try them there. This can be really annoying, and it would be much easier to install the aforementioned software on your PC. But for beginners it's a good choice.
