Hi everyone ....

I know this is probably a really dumb question, but so be
it. I just can't seem to figure this one out.

How do I allocate my pips so that only administrators
get 6 pips?

I've done it with new titles, but as soon as someone else
reaches that post quota, their title changes to admin and
the title I've created.

I'm at wit's end here. Can someone please give me the ...
I'm sure ... simple answer to this problem?
