a guy is about to get married , but he is worried that his dick doesnt work ( he had an accident in the past ), being so frustrated , he goes to a renowned sex and surgery specialist doctor and asks him to fix his problem,

the doctor says that nothings actually possible , but suggests that he can expirement something that he's been thinking of . he says that he'll cut out the trunk of an baby elephant , and fix the muscule tissues on the patients dick, " i wont promise you anything , its just an experiment " says the doc.

the guys agrees. the surgery is done . and the doc gives him the green signal to go ahead..

very excited , the guy takes his missus to a nice dinner to have a great time afterwards . during the dinner , his wife orders veg rolls..
once the vegg rolls arrive on the table , the guy starts felling a bit tinglish in his pants , to free himself he opens the zipper.

in a quick movement , his dick pops out reaches out onto the table, grabs the veggie roll like an elephants trunk and returns into his pants .

astonished , his wife watches with eyes wide open , a bit later she says " thats awesome :shock: !!!!!, can you do that again ??"
