    * Keep blood pressure and cholesterol under control

    * Keep body-mass index under 25

    * Do not take vitamin supplements without consulting a doctor

    * Include fruits, vegetables, whole grain and high-fibre foods and fish in your diet. The intake of salt and fat should be minimal.

    * Exercise for at least 30 minutes on all days. If you need to lose weight increase the time to 60 to 90 minutes.

    * Do not ignore the warning signs even if you are in your 20s or 30s.

    For a healthy and good life balance diet play a vital role in our life. We should take the specific amount of the iron and protein as carbohydrate and avoid eating junk food. You must eat the food according to the diet plan.
