Nice motive for the website. But the main page is over flowing. I think it would be better if you put all the links in 3 or may be 4 columns.

Actually right now i am doing it by using XSLT so that the site can be managed easily, in future with minimal efforts.

I will try to modify the structure so that it can be divided in muliple columns.

Your website is good, as the layout is simple (simple doesn't mean bad at all). It is a very good website overall.

My suggestion:
1) use bigger size and do not use italic
2) List of discussion, try separate each item wider

non-italic was a good suggestion, I will do that right away (thanks to CSS that makes it so convenient !!)

and also the list of discussion, that really looks a bit messy..
