Easy Pineapple Jam Cake Recipe

All purpose flour(Maida) – 1 cup
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
Soda powder – 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon, clove and nutmeg(powdered) – 1/2 tsp
Eggs – 2 nos
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Pineapple jam – 1 tbsp
Pineapple flavor tang - 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil – 1 tsp
Salt – As reqd

1)Sieve together maida, baking powder, soda powder, spices powder and a pinch of salt. Mix gently and keep aside.

2)Blend eggs and oil in a mixer.

3)Add sugar and beat nicely.

4)Add pineapple jam, pineapple flavor tang and vanilla essence. Beat again.

5)Stir in maida flour and blend gently.

6)Grease a cake tin and sprinkle maida powder.

7)Pour the cake mixture into the tin and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.

8)Easy pineapple jam cake is ready and enjoy.
