    I am new user of this site. I don't know about the post and other about this site. How and when i am able to make the site. If you know please repley with process.

    You just need to make at least 10 posts to be able to activate your site which you registered at netfreehost. :D Just go to the address the former poster gave and you'll be in a clear after a moment after reading the instruction. :)
