Browser Discusion (FireFox Is NOT The Fastest Browser)

Im currently hopping between Opera [latest] and Mozzila 1.7.3

Opera is the least-memory-useing browser out there (if you care to argue this go ahead)

I'm acustomed to mozzila the most as i started useing it to learn scripting and view scripting examples on other sites. Firefox has alot of plugins i would love to make use of but it is too memory hogging for me. Seeing as im running on 256 of mem right now i need the speed where i can get it. I also refuse to use IE because of past expierence with it re-activateing XP bugs that ive disabled. Its also turned of services ive had disabled with regedit. So i stay away from that with gusto. Opera has an option to where you can have it be recognised by web sites as if it were IE! this is one of my favorite features as some sites i go to require IE.

The things that are bugging me about Opera are:
-Ctrl+Shift+N to make a new tab as oposed to Ctrl+T in mozzila
- Ctrl+T to make a book mark, as oposed to the universaly common Ctrl+D
-The fact that you cannot click the LogOut link when on wamu.com <--a serious problem

I love opera for its image viewing, when a image file is the browsers target it is centered vertical and horizontaly. Also, when in full screen mode it provides a black background for the image. (this is very useful for displaying portfolio work on my lap top to people at school)

I could go on but i'll leave it at that and hope some people will thro thier 2cents in. Let me Know what your prefferances are! I'm very curious.

But due to its gud marketing it has been so popular
At present I'm testing Firefox
there are some gud points but I dont find it as gud as Maxthon

And Maxthon 2.0 is about to b out now
and when that does F**K all the browsers
Its the best browser with the cleanest webpage view

I dint knew so much bad is firefox
and i'm not just goin wid that article but the thing is
i'm facing some problems tooo
many time I get High mem usage in Firefox
thats bcoz I open 12-15 tabs in a single window

But this used to never happen in Maxthon
The only thing I'm not using Maxthon is bcoz there
is a high sudden high CPU usage in the latest version
and after tryin a lot they discovered it was a MS problem
and it has been reported now

After reading those 2 pages I'm stoppin firefox usage
I'll go wid olsder version of Maxthon rather

ive never heard of Maxthon but i'll google it and see what comes about

that entire site is my favorite resource for windowsXP info ~ has alot of good tweaking info ~ basicly helps you to trim the fat and useless frills that microcrap err i mean soft added to thier overly complexified OS

i have some more usefull hard to find links that i will post when i get the chance~ maby i'll put em in the right topic this time ~ heh ... go figure
