I'm not a big flash user so I can't give you technical details or advise... but as for navigation either you haven't implimented the Architectural Images for each group or your linking is broken.

Nice site, but i believe I saw that intro in the Swish Site Templates! Sorry I use to script and design using Swish! but all together it looks pretty good! But as a hint try using alittle more flashy things like self made banners and Flash Tabs which are very easy to make if you have the time!
