Mushrooms are packed with lotz of fiber,protein n vitamin..n is very low in cholestrol.Nowadays itz available in most veg shops..How about easy n tasty pulav with mushrooms...??? 
INGREDIENTS: 
FOR MASALA: 
*Oil-4spn 
*Mushrooms-500g 
*Onions-1 cup(thinly sliced) 
*Ginger-garlic paste-1n 1/2 tablsp 
*Tomato-2(thinly sliced) 
*cashews-10(pasted with little water) 
*Garam masala-1/2 tsp 
*chilly-4 
*Red onions-6(sliced) 
*carrots n beans sliced-1/4 cup(optional) 
*CORIANDER LEAVES 
FOR RICE: 
*Ghee-3 spn 
*onion-1/2 
*Cardamom-3 
*Cinnamon-3 small 
*Cloves-3 
*Basmati rice-2n 1/2 cups 
*Water-4 cups 
*Maggie veg stock cube-2 
*Turmeric powder-little 
*Lemon-1/2 
METHOD 
>saute onion,ginger garlic paste,chilli in oil 
>Add tomato and saute well. 
>Then add mushrooms,n vegetables 
>Add cashew paste,keep in low flame,add garam masala and coriander leaves 
*** 
>In another pan,boil ghee,add spices,then saute onions 
>Add washed rice 
>Add boiled water and stock cubes 
>close and cook in medium-low flame,add lemon juice when rice is almost cooked 
>When rice becomes ready,alternately arrange masala and rice and cook in very low flame for 15 min or bake in oven(150deg for 15 min)
