Any way admin panel link is located at bottom of forum with text
"Go to Administration Panel"
If you still dont find then search the page with Ctrl+F with the above words

Hmmmmm..
I forgot that Mass e-mail function is not ther for free forums
Otherwise its an option under "General Admin"
