The film was greeted with thoughtful vigor by the fans of the star who has been awaiting his role in a police uniform for a long time.

The film opened in many centers as early as seven in the morning. The film is registering full houses in almost all centers and is certainly in the lead among the new releases.

The film which have half a dozen charged scenes have Mammootty with a powerful screen presence and in another mesmerizing character as 'Nari, who again proves that he is the best cop in Malayalam films.
