Egg Salad Spread recipe
Ingredients:
4 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced green olives
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper, to taste
thin sandwich bread, trim crust
Preparation:
1. Mix the mustard, green olives, mayonnaise, onion powder, salt and pepper together.
2. Mix in the chopped hard boiled eggs.
3. Chill, then serve between two slices of bread.
