Ingredients

2 cups basmati Rice, 2 tbsp Chana and urad dal, 1 cup lemon juice, 2 tbsp Peanuts, 1 tsp Turmeric, 10 Red and green, 2 tbsp Mustard seeds, 1 tsp Jeera, Curry leaves, 1/2 cup ghee and Salt.

Preparation Method
boil rice and dal in a patila. add ghee, salt, turmeric and mix it finely. Add lemon juice over it and mix well. Heat ghee in a pan and fry chillies, jeera, mustard seeds and curry leaves... add rice over it and cook until rice turn brown...Lemon Rice is ready.
