    Almond Biscotti Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 2 tsp Baking powder
    • 2 Cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
    • 1 1/4 Cups sugar
    • 1/2 Cup chopped almonds
    • 3 Eggs
    • 1/2 Cup butter
    • 2 tsp Milk
    • 1 Dash salt

    How to make Almond Biscotti

    • In a bowl, mix 1-cup sugar and cream butter. Mix eggs and beat well.
    • Stir in vanilla.
    • Mix dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture and almonds.
    • Line a baking sheet with foil and grease foil.
    • Divide dough in half; spread on foil.
    • Smear with milk and dot with remaining sugar.
    • Now, bake at 375 degrees F for half an hour.
    • After the due interval, remove from oven.
    • Lift the dough and put onto wire rack; cool for 15 minutes.
    • Cut the dough diagonally into slices.
    • Place cut slices on un-greased baking sheet.
    • Bake for ten minutes. Turn oven off and store it in airtight container.

    Turkey Cutlet Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1-1/2 lb Turkey cutlets
    • 1/3 Cup dry white wine
    • 6 Medium tomatoes
    • 2 Green onions
    • 2 tbsp Fresh basil
    • 1 tbsp Olive oil
    • 1 tsp Cornstarch
    • 1 tsp Sugar
    • Water as required
    • Salt to taste

    How to make Turkey Cutlet

    •Add wine and turkey in a 13x9 dish.
    •Turn to coat with wine, keep aside.
    •Dice 4 tomatoes.
    •Slice the remaining tomatoes and thinly slice green onions also.
    •Remove the turkey, mix water with wine to make 1/3 cup.
    •In hot oil cook cutlets on both sides till brown.
    •Remove the cutlets and keep warm.
    •Reduce the flame to medium and add tomatoes, basil, green onion, sugar and salt to taste. Take a cup and mix cornstarch with wine.
    •Combine this with tomato mixture.
    •Cook it till thickens, add sliced tomatoes and heat.
    •Now serve over cutlets.

    Mango Pie Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1 Can mango pulp
    • 8 Ounces whipping cream
    • 8 Ounces soft cream cheese
    • 2 Pie filling crust
    • 8 tbsp Sugar
    • 1 Packet of knox gelatin
    • 1 Cup water

    How to make Mango Pie

    • Boil water and dissolve gelatin into it.
    • Blend the cream cheese in a blender until it turns smooth.
    • Add mango pulp, whipping cream and sugar. Blend once again.
    • Now add gelatin-water mixture and again blend it.
    • Pour the resulting mixture into piecrust.
    • Keep in refrigerator for about 2 hours.
    • Mango pie is ready.

    Cherry Cobbler

    Ingredients

    • 16 Ounce cherry pie filling
    • 1 pkg Cake mix for one layer cake
    • 1 Egg
    • 3 tbsp Evaporated milk
    • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

    How to make Cherry Cobbler

    • Take buttered 3 1/2 quart crock-pot.
    • Place the cherry pie filling in it.
    • Cook on high for half an hour.
    • Mix the remaining ingredients together.
    • Place it onto the pie filling.
    • Cover the preparation and cook on low for 2-3 hours.

    Vanilla Cake Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1 Cup sugar
    • 6 Eggs
    • Vanilla extract
    • 1-1/2 Cup cake flour
    • 2-1/2 tsp Baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp White vinegar
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1/3 Cup oil
    • 1/3 Cup milk

    How to make Vanilla Cake

    • Mix the cake flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
    • Then, mix the egg yolk, 1/2 cup sugar, Vanilla extract and milk in other bowl.
    • Add oil to the mixture of egg yoke, sugar, Vanilla extract and milk and mix well.
    • Mix the mixtures of both bowls.
    • Mix the egg white, remaining sugar and vinegar separately till it becomes fluffy.
    • Add the mixture to the previous one and mix them well.
    • Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
    • Bake the mixture for 25 minutes in preheated oven.
    • Vanilla Cake is ready.

    Cheese Pudding Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Cottage Cheese (grated)
    • ½ cup Sugar
    • ½ cup Pistachios (chopped)
    • 4 tbsp Cornflour
    • 2 cup Water
    • 3-5 drops Vanilla Essence

    How to make Cheese Pudding

    • Dissolve sugar in water to make syrup.
    • Add cottage cheese (paneer) to the syrup and keep it for cooking for a few minutes.
    • Dilute the cornflour and add it to the syrup.
    • Cook the mixture till it becomes thick.
    • Now add vanilla essence to it.
    • Remove it from the flame.
    • Garnish the pudding with chopped pistachios.
    • Keep it for freezing.
    • Cheese Pudding is ready to serve.
