Sleep Deprivation
Hi,
I found some information about sleep. Lack of B6 and B12 is very important to improve one's sleep. They help fight fatigue by building strong, healthy red blood cells. It also may help improve chronic insomnia. B12 is found in animal food , like turkey and milk, so if you are vegetarians and vegans you may need to take the vitamin instead.
I will try anything at this point. I hop this help others like myself to get a good night sleep.
