    Default RE:Choc after meal

I suppose it would be good to have a chocolate after a meal, there's no harm in just one chocolate, but depends on the quantity, its all about the balance with other foods to implement a healthy diet, sugary/fatty foods should make up no more than 7%. Consider the RDA, if you were good at reading all the packaging of everything you ate in a day and ensured that the amount of sugar you are consuming doesn't exceed the general RDA for sugar, then its only part of a balanced diet that your have a chocolate after a meal.

    Balanced diet consists of:
Bread, other cereals and potatoes: 34%,
    fruit and vegetables: 33%,
    milk and dairy foods: 15%.
    meat, fish and alternatives: 12%,
    fatty and sugary foods: 7%

This may not apply however if you are diabetic and have a blood sugar level that is higher than normal.
