    I like vBulletin too mainly because of it's minimalism. In my humble opinion it provides a intuitive and user friendly interface. I also like Invision Powerboard, but it's too buggy.

    v-bulletin is good but u patch with new releases because in this board system has problems in admin panel...

    I have vBulletin forum for a long time and I never had any problems in admin panel. If u have any problems downlaod the latest version...

    Yeah, vBulletin is always very good if your host support PHP. If you like asp, try Web Wiz Forum

    I like phpBB2 best! I think that this one is best because it has sooo many mods out for it, and because ive spent so much time modding it i find it really easy to program my own mods if no-one else already has made one :P

    Also, the ACP is great, if a litle "sticky" to use....

    IPB is okay too...i guess... the admin panel is very easy to understand and use....

    I like phpBB 2.0.11. it is the best forum ever created. Like that post before this one: sooo many mods out for it. It is "easy" for use for those who know to read user manual :) (there is everything in manuals).

    phpBB 2 is absolutely best for use, even if it is not the best one around (which it is) it is the most popular one, and everyone knows that for open source, the most popular is the best, because you can find whatever suits your needs to it, millions of mods/temlpates/add-ons/e.t.c.

    In open source, the more popular is the best, Me.

    Since upgrading to PhpBB 2.0.11, I started to get spams. Does anybody experience the same?

    My vote is for PhpBB. It's free and easy to use.
