very nice, but you should put the left navigation bar in a frame, so it doesn't have to load again in each page...

nice website, but i totally agree with Xiao to put left navigation bar on you page. bcuz it take me several seconds to view other pages. but i found most famous websites are not using frame in their pages current days. well, let's go back to your website, the colours are nice, the navigating buttons are nice but buttons' fonts are a little bit big maybe because of using cap: letters. it doesn't look pretty in my eyes, don't know about others :). btw, what is the picture on the banner? logo? it doesn't match to ur website colour. hmm.. that's all :)

ps: if u can put some flash with nice colour on ur website, it will be much more attractive.
