You made a mistake.
You forgot a slash ("/") at the end.
The URL is http://uploadftp.bizhat.com/
The same for the others two ones.

When you FTP log in, type:
- user : YOU_WEB_SITE_NAME.bizhat.com
- pasword : YOURPASSWORD

It's not necessary to type slash ("/") at the end.
In some case, your firewall software is block ftp server.
Try to set your firewall software before login to ftp.
