MySQL_connect() error... Please help

Hi,
I donno why but suddenly my site is giving this problem-

Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections in /home/freebb/config/multiforums.config.inc.php on line 11
Unable to connect to database on 'localhost' with user 'root'
Please check your settings in multiforums.config.inc.php!

My site is www.desiboard.netfreehost.com
And its a remotely hosted forum by Netfreehost...

According to the error it tells me to check the settings in "multiforums.config.inc.php" file but I cant check because i dont have FTP support to access..

Sometimes it loads the main page but when I try to enter any topic or forum it gives the above error..

Please someone help...
My site was just growing.. ( About 1700+ members )
I dont wanna lose my site..

Please help..

Dude don't spam, or triple or double post in a row.

It says to many connections and the config file isn't the correct extension, you are going to have to ask a netfreehost.com representative about this issue.
