    Default Error renaming file

I'm using CuteFTP to manage my files .
something strange happens when i try to rename a file .
    this is the log :

    STATUS:> Renaming remote file "/index.htm" to "/index_old.htm"...
    COMMAND:> RNFR /index.htm
    550 Rename/move failure
ERROR:> Requested action not taken (e.g., file or directory not found, no access).

    and this message appears :

    Request denied.
Verify that the file or folder exists and that you have the necessary permissions on the server to perform the requested operation .

    this is strange !
does anyone use CuteFTP 6.0 Pro and get this message when renaming a file ???
why do i get this error ??

i tried using Internet Explorer to ftp to my acount then rename the file , but i get an error again , here is the message i get :

An error occurred renaming the file or folder on the FTP Server. Make sure you have permission to make this modification.
    Details:
    550 Rename/move failure.

    why does that happen ??????

I don't know if bizhat.com allows you to rename files on their server.
Your going to have to ask someone higher ranking than me or uses their services more.

I think they don't allow by now, they used to, but you can delete it, why not try to rename it before you upload over the old one...
